Waymid Electrics Ltd have completed numerous large Commercial and Industrial Projects over the last few years working for as the main electrical sub-contractor for a well established company, Shepherd Engineering Services. We have successfully completed three large scale projects including Trinity Square, Pitt Street and Stephenson Quarter and are are currently in the process of completing Stay City, York.

We have also completed similar schemes at Riverside One, Middlehaven, Middlesbrough (80 Apartments) for The GB Group and Baltic Quays, Gateshead (80 Apartments) for N G Bailey

At Waymid Electrics Ltd we have worked extensively with Cleveland Bridge providing Electrical Condition Reports at their Darlington site as well as carrying out Repairs and Maintenance and Electrical Upgrade works. Waymid Electrics Ltd completed the full electrical installation of Teesside University in the recent one million pound overhaul.

We have also carried out emergency call out work including renewal of mains supplies, installation of security cameras and maintenance and repairs at Durham Tees Valley Airport (Peel Holdings). We have completed electrical installation works to a high specification including luxury lighting and fittings at Raithwaite Hall Hotel, Whitby for DEPA UK and The Staybridge Hotel, Newcastle for Barratts.
